The Best Pizza in Chatham, MA
1. Sweet Tomatoes
Not only the best pizza in Chatham, Sweet Tomatoes is the best pizza on Cape Cod. With locations in Chatham and Yarmouth, their pies are are an ode to the Neapolitan style that made New Haven pizzas famous. If you don’t know what that means - It’s thin pizza, big chunks of tomato, delicious cheese, and authentic Italian American.
Our only critique…they’re close on Sundays!? I guess even God rests on the 7th day.
2. Del Mar
If the best restaurant in Chatham has pizza on their menu, it’s probably pretty good. A great choice if you’re looking for something simple or a kids-menu option while dinging in. They have a fun variety from margherita, to bolognese, to sausage and peppers.
During the summer pizza and salads are their only takeout option, and sometimes they’re too busy for takeout all together, so make sure you call ahead .
3. Pizza Shark
Located in the Orpheum Movie Theater, Pizza Shark is a Cape staple with a cult following. Originally opened on Pleasant Lake in Harwich, Chatham is their second location.
Pizza Shark’s style - on the doughy and greasy side - is damn good. The sauce, plethora of toppings, and fun vibe make it a contender on this list. A slice and a beer is must-have while enjoying a movie.

4. Carmines Pizza & Coffee
Located right on main street, Carmines is a guilty pleasure for Chatham locals. Grab a slice (or two) when you need a break from the shopping on on the strip.
Besides coffee and espresso, they offer a very limited menu of Calzones and Sandwiches that are delicious.
